Rachel Conn is a Partner and runs the Probate department. She joined the firm in 1999 having previously been a Partner in another local firm. Rachel is a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Association of Taxation Technicians and can provide a variety of services, occasionally using her expertise to give talks on these and other subjects. |

Jenny Walker joined in June 2003 as a Legal Executive and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2007, having completed the Legal Practice Course with distinction. Jenny is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. She deals primarily with wills, probate and trust-related matters, including inheritance tax planning and occasionally gives talks on these and other subjects. Jenny also assists her colleague John Lees with residential conveyancing matters. |

By looking at this in advance you can arrive with a good idea of the information that will be required and you will be able to conduct any necessary research beforehand.
