Catherine Mowat heads the Private Client team
at Tee Lorimers. She is a partner in the firm and has an in-depth
knowledge of trust law, will, probate and estate planning. She
also advises on powers of attorney and Court of Protection work.
In 2008 she was awarded an MBA with distinction from Nottingham
Law School, specific to the management of law firms. |

Jenny Walker joined in June 2003
as a Legal Executive and qualified as a Solicitor in September
2007, having completed the Legal Practice Course with distinction.
Jenny is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
She deals primarily with wills, probate and trust-related matters,
including inheritance tax planning and occasionally gives talks
on these and other subjects. Jenny also assists her colleague John
Lees with residential conveyancing matters. |
