John Lees is a Partner and is head of the Residential Conveyancing department. He qualified as a solicitor in 1975. Not only does his expertise lie in residential conveyancing, he also has substantial knowledge of land law which helps in matters involving family estates, trusts and property matters involving tax planning schemes. John constantly liases with local estate agents and other solicitors to ensure that residential property transactions are carried out as smoothly as possible and with the co-operation of all parties involved. |
