Paul Taylor is a Partner and leads the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence department. He qualified in 1993 and moved to the firm in 1996, since then he has specialised in cases involving brain injury and cancer. He is a member of the Law Society Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury Panels, the AvMA Referral Panel and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers at Senior Litigator level. |

Adam Copeland qualified as a solicitor in 1998, having completed the Common Professional Exam and Legal Practice Course. Adam has specialised in Clinical Negligence since qualification and has continued this since he joined Lorimer Longhurst & Lees in 2001. He is a member of the specialist AvMA Referral Solicitors Panel and also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers at Litigator level. Adam has a special interest in fatal cases, in particular involving human rights issues, expertise in misdiagnosis of cancer cases and those involving psychiatric injury. |

Janine Collier qualified as a solicitor in 2001. She specialised in Clinical Negligence throughout her training and has continued to do so since qualification. She joined the Firm in January 2006. Janine's practice within the Clinical Negligence field is wide and varied and she has a special interest in obstetric and gynaecology cases. She has spent some time on secondment at AvMA and is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers at Litigator level. |
