Lynn Henderson

Lynn Henderson is a Solicitor and heads the Family Department which she joined in March 2007. Lynn qualified as a Solicitor in 1981 and has practised in London and the West Country. She has also lectured extensively on family law topics. She deals with all issues arising out of the breakdown of unmarried as well as married families, and has considerable experience of cases involving complex financial issues including those where there is a family business. Lynn is a member of Resolution and a Collaborative Lawyer.

Mike Dallas

Mike Dallas has been with the firm since 1986, previously working as a clerk at Cambridge County Court. He deals exclusively with family-related matters and is a member of Resolution. Like Lynn he has had full training in Collaborative Law and is an Associate of the Institute of Legal Executives.
